Registration policies at a glance
Customer-facing terms are shown before booking or payment, with full website privacy and use policies available below.
Refund or transfer
Cancel at least 48 hours before a public class to request a refund or one transfer, less any disclosed nonrecoverable materials.
Transfer or credit
Late changes in this window qualify for one transfer or account credit under the approved launch policy.
Generally nonrefundable
No-shows, very late cancellations, missing prerequisites, or late arrival are generally nonrefundable unless an approved exception applies.
Eligibility & certification
Participants must meet course prerequisites, attendance, conduct, skills-demonstration, testing, and credentialing-provider requirements. Registration or attendance alone does not guarantee certification.
Weather & provider cancellation
HeartWell may reschedule or cancel for severe weather, unsafe conditions, instructor illness, facility failure, insufficient enrollment, or provider disruption. Customers may transfer or receive a refund of HeartWell charges for undelivered service.
Privacy & communications
Quote-form records are retained for 30 days and accessed only by authorized HeartWell employees. Requests are handled through haley@goheartwell.com. Read the full Privacy Policy.
Private training sites
The customer provides a safe, accessible training area, requested tables and chairs, utilities, parking/access, and an on-site contact. Travel outside the core Triad service area is quoted separately.
Payments & disputes
Prices, fees, taxes, deposits, and terms are shown before payment. Secure provider-hosted checkout will be used; HeartWell will not store full card details. Suspected duplicate, failed, or disputed charges should be reported promptly.
Accessibility & accommodations
Contact HeartWell before class to request a reasonable accommodation. Requests are reviewed in coordination with the participant and applicable credentialing-provider requirements.
Credential delivery
Electronic credentials are issued after successful completion and required provider processing. Delivery timing may vary by credentialing organization, course reporting, or information corrections.
AED & product terms
Availability, lead time, returns, installation, readiness services, accessories, and warranties follow the accepted quotation and manufacturer or distributor terms. Do not use expired, recalled, damaged, or unverified products.
