Who we are
HeartWell CPR & Safety Solutions, LLC provides CPR, AED, First Aid, BLS, safety training, and related readiness services in North Carolina's Triad Area. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to haley@goheartwell.com or made by calling (910) 988-6610.
Information we collect
When you submit a private-training quote request, we collect the contact name, business email, telephone number, organization name, requested credentialing provider and course, number of students, First Aid selection, preferred date or range, training location, optional notes, planning estimate, policy version, and submission reference.
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, payment-card information, health records, government identification, passwords, or other sensitive information through the quote form.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to the request, clarify training needs, prepare an estimate or quotation, coordinate scheduling, maintain the related business record, prevent abuse, and meet applicable credentialing, accounting, legal, or insurance obligations.
HeartWell does not sell personal information. Transactional communications about a request or service are separate from optional marketing communications.
Who may access information
Quote-request records are limited to authorized HeartWell employees who need the information to respond to customers or administer the service. Haley personally monitors the primary business email and telephone channels.
Service providers may process limited information on HeartWell's behalf. The website is hosted using OpenAI Sites and related hosting infrastructure, quote notifications are delivered through Resend, and scheduling or payment activity completed through Square is governed by Square's own privacy terms.
Retention
The website's quote-request record is retained for 30 days. If you continue the conversation by email, related correspondence is handled in HeartWell's business email account and may be retained as needed to respond, document an accepted service, maintain required business records, resolve a dispute, or comply with law.
Your choices and requests
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with a quote request by emailing haley@goheartwell.com. HeartWell will handle the request through an email exchange so the request and the affected record can be reasonably verified. Some information may be retained when required for an active service, legal obligation, dispute, or security purpose.
Security and third-party services
HeartWell uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information collected, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Payment-card information is entered directly with the selected payment provider and is not collected through HeartWell's quote form.
Links to Square or other third-party services leave this website. Those providers control their own services and privacy practices.
Children's information
The quote form is intended for adults and authorized organizational contacts. A parent, guardian, or authorized organization representative should make inquiries involving a minor. Do not use the form to submit unnecessary information about a child.
Policy updates
HeartWell may update this policy when its services, providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date shown above identifies the current published version.
